Can I customise the “from” email address for my Facebook Lead Ad Notifications?

With the Agency account,  you can customise the “From” email address so that Facebook lead emails appear to come from your domain.

This is essential a white label option which gives you the ability to send your clients’ leads from your own agency email address instead of from “admin@leadsync.devwork.in”. Perfect if you are administering Facebook Lead ads on behalf of a client and want them to receive emails from “newleads@youragency.com”, for example.

As we send lead emails using Mandril, we will need to verify your domain in our Mandril account so that it doesn’t appear as spam in your client’s account.

Verifying Mandril involves the following:

1. Let us know the email address you want your lead notifications and/or autoresponders to come from via admin@leadsync.devwork.in
2. We send you a verification email from Mandril to an email address on the domain you want to send from. The email will look something like this:
   
3. Email us the verification link in the email
4. We send you two TXT records that you will need to add to your domain name. You may need to get your hosting provider or domain registrar to help you set these up.

This will ensure that emails aren’t rejected as spam when we send them on your behalf out of Mandril.

Once verification has been done, go to your Profile settings in LeadSync.me and update them.
