Step-by-Step Guide to Integrating Facebook Lead Ads with Odoo CRM via LeadSync.me

Step 1: Setting Up Your LeadSync.me Account

Sign-up to LeadSync.me. You’ll need either a Business or Marketer account to access Odoo along with all our other integrations.

Step 2: Connecting Facebook Lead Ads to LeadSync.me

  1. Login to your LeadSync account, go to Connections
  2. Click the Add Connection button
  3. Select OddoCRM from the Connection drop down
  4. Find and Enter your OdooCRM details. Most of these will be self explanatory. To find you API key, click on your profile icon in your Odoo account at the top right, go to Preferences, then click the Account Security tab, then find and click the New API button.

  5. Copy and paste the API key from Odoo into your LeadSync connection setting, then click Update.
  6. Click Update, you’ll then be able to select or add tags.
  7. Add Tags, then click Update to finalise the data connection setup.

Step 2: Assign your Meta Lead Form to your Odoo connection

  1. Go to the Lead Forms section in your LeadSync account
  2. Click the Add Facebook Lead form button
  3. Select the Page and Form you’re using in your ad campaign
  4. Select the Odoo connection you just created
  5. Map the form fields from your Facebook lead form to the Odoo fields.

Note: If you have additional fields in your Meta lead form that you don’t have in Odoo, then you will need to create the fields in Odoo first.

Step 3: Test Your Odoo Lead Form Connection

Finally, it’s always good practice to test your new connection.

Step 4: Finding Your Leads in Odoo

You should now be able to find new Facebook leads in the New section of Odoo CRM.
